Charge 3 screen too dim

This problem has been sitting with me for a while now and the screen keeps getting more dim.

I've tried everything, restarting, adjusting it to auto or normal.. but if i adjust it to auto i cannot read my screen until I go into a very dark room.

When it's on normal brightness I can hardly read it inside, and outside its not possible to read.

 

I've seen more cases like this on the forum and i'd like to be contacted about this to see what my options are. I really love my fitbit and it would be nice to use the screen again in stead of checking everything on my app.

I am experiencing the same problem for the past week. When I reset it, the Normal brightness setting is barely Dim. Today, my screen is completely blank. It’s working because my activity is showing on my iPhone app. I shouldn’t have to reset it every single day.

I've been having the same issue for the last 2 weeks.  I thought it was me at first, but the screen is becoming increasingly more dim by the day - also doesn't wake up when I move my wrist anymore.  Extremely disappointed since I've only had it since the end of January and this looks to be an issue.
