My screen has gone dim, I've had the brightness on normal and auto but makes no difference, I've rebooted and done the usual things, but I can't see the screen outdoors at all. My charge 3 is nearly 2 years old, I've been a fitbit owner since 2017 and had problems with other trackers I've owned and fitbit has sorted them, so please sort this one.

I had the exact same issue. Try all of the options they tell you to do, and they don’t work. Try resetting your password on the app. I am almost 3 hours in, and the display is still bright!!
