Followed all the directions and tips in the community. Screen brightness is very dim even on "Normal" setting. I'm unable to see the screen in sunlight. Is this as good as it gets? Is this the same on all Fitbits? If it is true for all models, I may need to switch off the 3 or go to another device (Apple). Definitely need a tracker device.
PLEASE ADVISE!!

Hi, @Mctuna57! It's been a while since I've seen a Charge 3, but I remember on a lot of the older devices people have complained about screen brightness. I can't remember having an issue with any of the newer devices I've seen or used lately. There have been many improvements in the screens in the years since the Charge 3 was released.

This is a very common issue and has been for years. There are literally hundreds of posts about this fault on Charge 3, 4 and 5.
Sorry to say, FitBit will do nothing to resolve it. My Charge 3 did the same, the only advice they gave me was to buy a new one. I reluctantly bought a Charge 4 which is now also doing the same thing.

Same problem. Can't see the clockface, even in the dark. At 1st it was dim. now it's blank. Can't even tell if it's charging. Tried 1) rebooting and 2) resetting the clock face. I can tell on the app that it switched, but can't see it.
