@mackerson @Shenaynay06883 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Sorry to hear that your trackers aren't working correctly. @mackerson where are you looking for the brightness settings, this should be on the tracker itself. I suggest you both restart your trackers by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes.

Press the button for 2 seconds and a screen will appear with 2 options: Do Not Disturb & Sleep. Probably you have activated the sleep option. If you touch the sleep option, your device is bright again.

I was told to swipe left 4 times and hit settings and set light brightness to normal.

I was also told to press the side button for 2 seconds and a screen will appear with 2 options: Do not disturb & Sleep. Probably you have activated the sleep option. If you touch the sleep option, your device will be bright again.

Go Give it a whirl !

About 2 above you, plug it in (dark room,) you’ll see the “sleep” option, touch that.
