I have same problem, plus keeps displaying stopwatch. I just want to see my steps and heart rate...thats all!

Sorry to hear that your trackers aren't working correctly. @mackerson where are you looking for the brightness settings, this should be on the tracker itself. I suggest you both restart your trackers by doing the following:

Press the button for 2 seconds and a screen will appear with 2 options: Do Not Disturb & Sleep. Probably you have activated the sleep option. If you touch the sleep option, your device is bright again.

I have the same issue with an unreadable screen!
I have tried the restart option and still not able to even read the time.....it’s still collecting data and syncing ok!!
any idea x

About 2 above you, plug it in (dark room,) you’ll see the “sleep” option, touch that.
