I've done all the restarts etc I've put up with it since the last update have bought a versa 2 and its far too big! Need my charge 3😔

Check 'Brightness' in Settings, and make sure you are not in 'Sleep Mode'.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen being too dim. Please do check the brightness settings as @JohnnyRow suggested since many members have stated that this solved their issue. I did notice that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution.
