The brightness has 2 settings normal and dim. Normal is only bright when it’s in the dark. Have reset it and still not bright enough. Charge 3 is just over 2 years old. Don’t know what to do but I sure don’t want to buy a new one.

Hi there, @Lkoby. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Charge 3.
Please restart your Charge 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Did everything you said and it’s still too dim.
purchased this is November 2020. Never wear it in water so kind of disappointed that this is happening. Guess I will have to deal with it cuz buying new one is not in my budget.

Hi.
I have the same problem as OP. I bought mine in August 2020 but haven't used it for a couple of months because of the problem with not seeing the screen properly. I want to use it but like @Lkoby, buying a new one is not in my budget. Is this a problem that can be solved? I've tried restarting it, changing the clock face and even done a hard reset. Nothing works.
