My charge 3 has gotten so dim that I can’t even see it. I tried a reboot and it didn’t help. Can anyone help?
Very disappointed as this is my 3rd Fitbit product and if the lifespans are this short, I’m going to move to different tracker.

Already done it. It is so dim this morning I had to go into a dark room to even see anything on the screen. Beyond dissatisfied and disappointed
