Charge 3 screen went blank

Went through all the procedures on the forums to try turn on my fitbit charge 3 which have worked previously but this time to no avail this is the third occasion this has happened 

 

ive tried different charging ports

ive tried holding the side button as advised on forums 

 

none of which are working

To reset the device, make sure it's in the charger when you hold the side button. You can also go onto the Fitbit app and remove the Fitbit then try adding it again as if you are setting up your device for the first time. All your data you synced onto the app should stay when you do this but if you can, try syncing your device to the app again, so you can save all the data you didn't sync. Hope this helps!
