My screen has gone almost entirely white. Reset does not work. Tried multiple times. Looks like screen burn? Device is less than 3 months old. Can’t send image from my phone. Please help. Very disappointed!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @chrisfriend! Thanks for already restarting your Charge 3 in order to solve the issue with the white screen. Nice way to go!
Since the restart hasn't worked, I'd recommend trying to change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. For instructions, see: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps, keep me posted!

@chrisfriend hi, just wondering if you managed to resolve the issue with your Fitbit, I have a charge 3 the screen has gone white/gray (still readable), I have tried unpairing and re-syncing also tried changing the clock face as suggested to you.
Any help is much appreciated
Donnz.

I have the same issue, I had one response which didn't help! I have tried numerous things like changing the clock face, restarting, a long restart, disconnecting/reconnecting etc etc! I have only had it 7 months and not a happy bunny 😞

I am having this same problem. From what I’m reading it appears there isn’t a way to fix it. I tried everything suggested. So I am out of luck with my Charge 3 since it is 2 weeks past the 1 yr mark? This is very disappointing.
