Charge 3 screen with grey lines

My fitbit randomly switched off then when i plugged the charger into the wall it turned back on but has grey lines. I have tried re setting clock face and long re set which both havent worked. This isthe second fitbit that this has happened with and ended up buying a new one for it to now happen again.
