Incorrect time on Charge 3

The time on my Fitbit is constantly incorrect despite constantly syncing and refreshing. Anyone else experiencing a similar problem??

Hi Liliya,

Yes I got assistance from the support team but unfortunately the problem still persists. I’m constantly syncing and refreshing and the time corrects itself but a few hours later the time is incorrect again. 🤷‍:female_sign:

Hi Liliya,

 

Yes I got assistance from Customer Support but unfortunately the issue is not resolved. After syncing and refreshing, the Fitbit time was incorrect AGAIN a few hours later. I’m now syncing and refreshing a few times every day which is very frustrating.

mine went to mountain time and I am on central time and even if I sync i can't get it to correct
