Charge 3 screen won't respond

My Fitbit Charge 3 screen doesn't switch on. I've checked the app and it appears to be tracking alright it's just the screen that isn't working. I've tried resetting it and it hasn't done anything.

My charge 3 has just done the same thing, for the last few days it was going crazy zooming through all the menus, now its not showing anything but appears to sync ok throigh app on my phone and also on fitbit website.

Fitbit Charge 3 screen not working either. It was working fine yesterday. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community Forums @JessCM@DLD42, and @hockeymom3530. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided about your Charge 3 tracker's behavior and for taking the time to restart them. 

If the long restart does not work either, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app. 

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

My Fitbit Charge 3 display is not working.  I tried resetting it and changing the clock faces but it still does not display.  It still counts my steps, heart rate, etc. and synches up to the app. so I can see my data there but not on the face of the Fitbit. Any suggestions on what to do?

Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately I have tried changing the clock faces and this hasn't worked either, not sure if there is anything else I can do!

Hi have got the same issue I have tried all the steps and changing the clock, I even remove the charge the app and have tried to re lnstall it that way, which has not worked as can't get number from charge 3 to resinstall as screen is still blank. I love this charge 3 help

I'm also having the same issue, however changing the clock face seems to have corrected it. At least for the moment.  It's concerning that so many have had the same problem.

My Charge 3 screen stopped working yesterday. It's about 13 months old and every so often, the screen would stop but charging it or syncing it would fix it.  Now, it's not working at all. I've reset it, long reset it, long reset it several times as suggested in a few posts, and I've changed the clock face half a dozen times.  These all work for a while but not any longer.  Just before it stopped working, the display was shifted to the left so I only saw the right half of the screen and a white bar down the side.  It still vibrates occasionally and syncs to my phone. 

 

Any chance the new update will fix this??  If so,  how can I get the update?

Hi there, 

I am having the same problem. I have tried a long reset and changing the clock face but the screen remains blank. It is still collecting data and syncing with the app but cannot get any data on the charge 3 screen.

Any help greatly appreciated

The update installed with no problem  despite receiving a phone call part way through.  However,  my screen is still black.
