Charge 3 screen won't scroll

Only had my fitbit for a month or so and no issues to date but now my screen won't scroll though it still shows the time.

Hello @Chris5936, welcome to the Community Forums. I apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'm sorry to hear that the touch screen of your Charge 3 is not responding. I'll be glad to help you to get you back on track. 

As my very first recommendation, please restart your Charge 3 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work, please check in your Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display functionally. Don't worry if you cannot scroll the screen by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
