Having issues with my charge 3 screen not working when I press the side button.  I have tried rebooting several times and while display works for a short time it always goes back to not working again. My fitbit is still tracking and syncing so I know it is a problem with the screen. This is a replacement unit which I got in January this year due to problems with the screen being dim on the last one which was only months old.

Hi @Paddypaws, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 won't work properly. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
