Hi good day,

I misplaced my charge 3 about 6 months ago and just found it on my drawer. But not working anymore, I tried to charge it but nothing changed, I tried to sync to my phone also still nothing happened. When i charge it, it keeps vibrating when i pressed the button on the side.

Hi @Mariojr09, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 is not turning on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if the display turns on.

I did what you have said but nothing has changed, my charge 3 still not working. When I tried to reset as per the help article but the unit keeps vibrating and nothing happend.
