HI,

 

My charge 3 tonight suddenly stopped turning on. The green sensor and vibration still works. I have tried to restart and reset but nothing happens. It will sync and has charged to 100%. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

Hi @Ms_k8, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 went black and it won't turn on. I understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

 

As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
