Charge 3 sensors not working

I have absolutely no function of the sensors. This means I have no heart rate, no steps, no stairs, nothing. The lights don't even light up. 

 

I've tried resetting multiple times while unplugged and plugged in. It ends up getting frozen on the screen with the loading bar for several minutes before moving to the smiley face. But does not make a difference.

I have this problem too. No lights on the sensors lit, Fitbit not registering steps, heart rate or anything else. The only thing working is the clock and it's still receiving notifications. I've also tried resetting with no success. Can you help please?
