Not even two years old and the battery drains and does not hold a charge. When this first occurred, I recharged to 100%, but the battery drained within an hour or two. Now, the battery does not change at all.

@JESQG I hope you are doing fine.
Let me help you with your Charge 3 not charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

I followed the self-help instructions at the link that you provided before posting my issue here. And in response to your post, I tried charging again. After an hour, the Fitbit showed the smiley face, but after disconnecting from the charger, the Fitbit vibrated in a pulse pattern for 3 to 4 minutes, and then died again. Its now a brick.
