My Fitbit screen is blank and won’t turn on even after trying to reset. My data still uploads to the app, get i can’t actually use the device.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the tracker is still syncing I suggest you try changing the clock face by following these instructions.
