So I just got my Charge 3 and I'm trying to set it up with my phone. I downloaded the app, went through the account set up, and plugged in my fitbit. Now I can't get them to sync. The app keeps saying it can't connect and my fitbit is just displaying fitbit.com/setup.
The app says make sure your fitbit is charged and turned on. Does it need to be fully charged in order to start the process?
