I purchased a new Charge 3 recently and installed the Fitbit app. I was immediately prompted to update the firmware. It will not do this. I get an error and it says try again which I have done.
I have followed all of the instructions through the forums here and nothing is working. I am on a T-mobile Revvl and have tried a iPhone X as well as a Galaxy Tab 10.1 all on current OS's. I've checked all settings made sure everything is updated and the Firmware will not update.
I need a case to Fitbit started or a replacement. I don't understand why this wont work.
