I have only had my tracker for 3 months and every time i wear it. The clock loses time and the stats are not accurate.

For tips about improving accuracy, I recommend checking the help article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?.
Now about the time, I recommend changing the timezone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.
To change the time, follow the steps in the article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that the device you are using for this has the correct time.
