I got the charge 3 last Tuesday. Every other day when tracking sleep, it would show sleep stages or sleep patterns (I want to see only sleep stages). Starting this Monday, it only shows me sleep patterns.
I only track at night, so I am sleeping +3 hours when I track. I've also tried restarting and updating / synching, but nothing has helped. I've also tried tightening / loosening the band and I know I don't move much in my sleep.
I'd only like to see sleep stages - any suggestions? Thanks!

I've uninstalled the FitBit app and reinstalled on my Charge 3, rebooted the tracker and always wear tracker on same band notch, and STILL I am not consistently getting my sleep graph for night time sleep in excess of three hours (as in a nap) in bed. The sleep pattern fails to give the information needed that the graph does.
Just like the not syncing consistently problem, I believe it is a program issue. I solved the bluetooth not connected syncing problem by daily removing the Charge 3 in device settings then going back to the app and using the "set up device" to reconnect the bluetooth of Charge 3. I look forward to a program fix on this issue as well!
When FitBit works properly it is great. Until these issues are addressed I tell friends not to waste their money. I'm considering returning mine to the store and ending the frustration.

I ended my frustration by returning my Charge 3 and brought home an Apple Watch which I’m loving!

I have had my Charge 3 since May 2019. For the first few weeks it showed Sleep Stages and provided a Sleep Score. However it now only shows 'hours slept'. My wife set up her Charge 3 at the same time and gets Sleep Stages but not Sleep Score'. Why these anomalies and why don't both trackers record in the same way? Not impressed.

It’s 1.5 year ago this problem was brought to your attention, and you still haven’t fixed this. That is just sad, you really don’t care about your customers after they have purchased a product. And please remove that “resolved”, as this has definitely not been resolved!

Did this ever get fixed. I am having this issue. One day it shows patterns one day it shows it different. Some days I get a sleep score some days I don’t.

I just bought this device a few days ago and i am wondering the same thing.
