Hi there,
My charge 3 has a black line on the screen. Tried restarting it several times, it did not help.

Hi @Jarthen, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it has a black on the screen. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the black line disappears.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks so much for the reply. Tried switching between 3 different faces, all by Fitbit, no change.

Hi just following up again. Still have the line, hasn't gone away.
