My charge 3 shows the correct time when taken of charge but slowly loses time. As soon as I take it off my wrist it updates to the correct time. It is also sometimes struggling to find my device to update.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Clairep2204. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 loses time.
Sync your Charge 3 to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
What do you mean with your device doesn't update?

If your Charge 3 time isn't correct, I recommend changing your timezone to a completely different one, syncing your tracker, putting the correct time, and syncing again. To change the timezone do the following: From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon. Tap Advanced Settings.
Regards,
Will
