Charge 3 shows the wrong battery level

Battery indicator shows it needs recharging, when I plug it in it shows 70% charged

Clock face now incorrect

Hi there, @Keepfitt1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 3.

As a first approach, please restart your Charge 3. Then, try syncing to see if the battery is now charged and your Charge 3 syncing showing the correct time and clock face.
