Charge 3 side button got stuck and does not function anymore

After a game of badminton the side button was stuck and vibrated like crazy, it turned off and then after plugging it in its working. But the side button isn't working. It does vibrate when there's notification

woke up in morning and it wouldnt turn on

after plugging it in it does, and i tried restarting but the side button isnt working
