My Charge 3 is only a few days old and is not registering every time I climb my stairs, I've climbed them 3 times today and it has only registered once, I climbed them half a dozen times yesterday and it only recorded 2, also the display will show sleep not tracked but it updates my sleep to the app, is my Fitbit faulty? Should I return it?

A warm welcome to the Community, @middleagedlady.
Your device may count less floors than you think it should for a variety of reasons. Not all flights are the same height or distance, so if the flight you climbed is less than 10 feet you may find that the device's floor count doesn't exactly match how many floors you climbed.
Now about the "Sleep not Tracked" message, our team is aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, sorry for any inconvenience it's caused and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

I am climbing the same flights of stairs at work that I did when I had a Charge 2. Today I climbed them 5 times and would have registered as 5 floors on my charge 2, but my Charge 3 registers zero.
