After recharging Charge 3 all my sleep data has gone and I can't seem to find anywhere to reinstall the Sleep info to start again. The daily steps isn't recording either. Any solutions please? Feeling very frustrated right now!

Let me help you with this. This happens when you remove your tracker from your account. Please set it up again by following these instructions.
