Charge 3 started acting odd

Last night my Fitbit Charge 3 started to play up@-

1). started to read erratic hear rate readings, 170 bpm while in bed

2). stop reading heart rate

3). will not sync with iphone

4). i have tried to restart

5). screen is now blank with a horizontal white line through it
