Charge 3 steps while driving

I am very disappointed in my Charge 3 and Fitbit. It keeps counting steps while i drive (a motorcycle, so please don't tell me to charge the band while i am driving).

I have been using the Charge 3 for 14 days and everyday my step count reaches over 10,000. Is there a solution to this problem?

Welcome to the Community, @thoyyib.

I understand how are you feeling. Fitbit has worked hard to make sure that our devices do not pick up false steps or activity recordings while driving. Unless you're driving in a car with a very stiff transmission or on bumpy roads, your device should not give you any false readings.

If your device does record false activity, you can learn how to delete the data by following the steps in the article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?.

Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂
