Charge 3 steps won't show on the clock face

On my display, whichever clock face I try the step count won’t stay on the main display face.  If I change clockface to one that seems to have steps it seems to disappear after a short time and I have distance and heart rate.  I do have steps as main goal in settings.  Any ideas?

Hello @Sugaru. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the detailed information and for letting us know the steps you've followed. First, I recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following the steps in this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If that doesn't help, please perform a long restart by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

If that doesn't work, I'd like to know the name of the clock faces you've installed on your Charge 3 and when you started experiencing this inconvenience.

I look forward to your response.
