Charge 3 still blank

Hello Fitbit team 

 

I was hoping to chat with a moderator online but that option seems to be no longer available.

 

My Charge 3 screen went blank on May 23rd.

I went on live chat, spoke to Jason.

I performed all the mentioned troubleshoot ie:

i. Change clock face

ii. Plug in charger, hold the left side until smiley appears.

iii. Hard reset : hold for 15 sec

 

but all the above doesn’t work.

it’s 27th today and my charge 3 screen is still blank black.

 

please advice. thank you in advance

Sorry to hear about your issues.  It sounds like a dead screen display, which can't be fixed.  You should reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

Mine has done this twice now...and ia currently black and non responsive🤦🏾‍:female_sign:

I am in the exact same situation, my fitbit is not responding to any of the suggested trouble shooting available online.

 

It suddenly stopped working this morning despite only being 2 months old! Very frustrating

This has happened to me, I thought my Fitbit Charge3 had died but seeing this forum I am hopeful for some answers.  Mine just went blank and wouldn’t work.

I get the smile and even after reinstalling the app it is unresponsive.

any help appreciated please

Hi guys, thank goodness I looked on the Forum.

after reading your posts I did a web cheat with Fitbit - we tried a few things but it wouldn’t respond, as mine is still under warranty they are sending me a replacement Free of Charge - super chuffed!
