Charge 3 stopped syncing data and receiving notifications

I have a charge 3 and a Huawei p20 nothing's working it won't sync with the phone I don't get any messages notification no weather notification when I want to check out how I'm sleeping I have to go on it manually not syncing at all but when I go onto the device and sync it it works and says all done.
