Charge 3 stopped syncing

Hi all,

 

New to the Fitbit world and excited to get stuck in. Problem is all was going well with syncing for a day and a half then nothing for the next few days. Using the app on a windows 10 laptop. Have tried uninstall app / restart / manual sync / re-start tracker / Bluetooth off/on etc etc.

 

The app finds the tracker and goes through the syncing process, but seems to not complete? Nothing has registered, you can see the live data via the app and the tracker shows how many steps etc. Currently do not have a compatible phone, only the laptop. Any ideas how to get it to sync please?
