Charge 3 stopped syncing

All of a sudden today my phone stopped syncing.  I have done everything asked 3 times.

I don't know what you've tried so far but the usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
