Charge 3 stopped tracking all activity

The last 4 days my Charge 3 has stopped tracking any and all activity. It was working perfectly, nothing has happened to it it just suddenly stopped working. I’ve reset it multiples times it seems to work but then when i sync it just shows as 0 on everything. I would like to find out about getting a replacement as it is under warranty still.

Happily I was able to get the Fitbit to update. I think it had to do with an iPhone update that messed up my setting. I had to delete the Charge 3 from Bluetooth devices and then when I paired it with my phone, it did update at that point.

So, maybe this will help others – thank you for your attention to my problem. Hope all of you are healthy and Happy!
