My charge three has stopped calculating my steps any ideas how to fix this?

Hi @samanthajtempl, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped tracking your steps.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps. Finally, monitor your Charge 3 during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks and registers your steps.
