My charge 3 suddenly stopped vibrating about a week-10 days ago.
Since then I've checked notifications setup on my phone, my fitbit - toggled them off and on again (just to refresh the settings) then performed a sync.
I've also popped my charge 3 into the cradle, held the button down until I saw the smiley face...nada, no vibrations (I've repeated this step several times).
Is there anything else I have to do ?

Hi there @quinny67, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 stopped vibrating, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for already trying to solve the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to help you.
If your Charge 3 doesn't alert you at all, please make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor by connecting the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Also, please note that when you turn on the Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode setting on your phone Fitbit Charge 3 receives notifications, but your device won’t alert you. Swipe down to see your notifications.
If paired to an Android phone, your Fitbit watch or tracker can alert you to notifications at any time:
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @MarreFitbit - Thank you.
Whilst I'd performed all the other troubleshooting steps you mentioned, I hadn't checked the Do not Disturb or sleep modes as these are modes I've never used & don't ever intend using.....however, I can confirm that both the Do not Disturb and Sleep modes were set to on.
Oddly enough...turning these off has meant I now am alerted by vibrations again!!!
Thank you very much!!
