Charge 3 stopped vibrating

My Charge 3 stopped vibrating for all notifications, alarms and reminders. I had chatted with support a couple weeks ago and we got it to vibrate again, but that lasted about a day. I tried everything that I did with the support rep: rebooted the device, plugged it in to restart it and checked all of my settings and still nothing. Also, the screen doesn’t light up when I bring it up to look at the time. Please help me figure out a solution to fix it. Thanks.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Mica1019! Thanks for already troubleshooting this issue with our Support Team

If your device didn't alert you, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor. Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see: How do I charge my Fitbit device?

Also note that when you turn on the Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode setting on your phone Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Ionic, and Fitbit Versa receive notifications, but your device won’t alert you. Swipe down to see your notifications.

If paired to an Android phone, your Fitbit watch or tracker can alert you to notifications at any time:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon > your device image > Notifications
  2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

In regards to the display not coming up when you turn your wrist, have you verified that Screen Wake is enabled on Charge 3? Please try these steps:

  • On your tracker, press and hold the button until the Quick Settings menu appears.
  • Find the Screen Wake option and tap it to turn it off.
  • If it is disabled, it has a diagonal line through it.

If the Screen Wake is enable, but not working as it should I'd recommend restarting your device by following these steps

Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be around.
