This is ridiculous and very bogus of Fitbit to not only NOT solve the problem everybody is having but to offer 25% off (but hike up the promo prices so you are basically paying full price) when they should tell customers about the life span of these trackers. This is Fitbit fault for the hardware issues not the customers. Everybody can’t have a faulty device unless it’s something faulty going in within the business itself. This is not how you keep customers.
