Charge 3 stopped working

Hello,

My charge 3 has stopped working correctly.  How do I send it back for repair?  Can someone send me a link to the fit bit site that handles warranty issues?  The charge 3 was purchased on February 27th.

ps.  I tried everything on this forum to reboot, restart, reset.  It's a mystery.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
