Charge 3 stopped working

Hey Community,

it started 2 days ago
> The display always went automatically to lowest brightness (always fixed it within settings)
> Then the Fitbit didn't respond on any pressure on button
> then the Fitbit Logo &  "001"  appeared
> and since today its dead
> Yes- I tried all hard and soft reset procedures

Its 13 Months old

Any solutions?
