Hi, last weekend I was on a tree day hiking trip. First day everything went fine (BT+GPS+Data on).
The secon and third day I had no signal, so no Data, but my charge 3 was able to connect to my phone and track the gps.
Unfortunately the second day map is displayed incorrect, while the stats are correct (see picture)
But the main problem is, that on the third day, the tracking suddenly stopped without any notification to me. So I did not recognize this and lost some data. This already happend a few times when cycling, but always together with my phone battery in critical mode and powersaving. This time my charge and my phone both had >60% battery.
Even worse is, that while abruptly exiting the exercise, it was normally recorded and displayed in the app. This time I'm also missing the data and had to guess the km walked.
Any ideas how to restore/fix at least this?
I found out that randomly exiting trainings is an already known issue with the charge 3. So I'm aware of this and repeatedly checking the tracker if it still works during a training, but loosing data is very annoying 😞
