Just now de strap on my Charge 3 broke.
I was wearing it, I lifted my arm up to grab something and my Fitbit was hanging of my arm. Apparently it started where the pin was that secures the 2 straps together.
I wanted to claim a new band via the link, but it can’t find my Fitbit.
but I was send a new one via Fitbit themselves because of major returning problems with my Charge 2. (Multiple bands and multiple pebbles)
can you help me?

Hi,
My Charge 3 wristband also broke. I purchased a new one in June 2020. Now I'm reading online that trackers and accessories purchased in the EU have a warranty policy of 2 years. However, I cannot file this claim online as my tracker is older than 2 years so it won't show up. But if possible, I would file a claim for the separate wrist band I bought in June 2020. How do I do this? I cannot contact Fitbit by e-mail, telephone or chat from the Netherlands.
