The small strap that holds the excess portion of the wrist band in place has split. Can I purchase this item separately?

Hi @OurZoey If you mean the little keep loop that holds the loose end ofbthe strap to the watch band, then the answer is no. You need to buy a whole new watchband From fitbit   https://www.fitbit.com/store  or a third party one.

Ajejandra,

I have the same problem with a Charge 3 purple that I bought for my wife 6 months ago.

I contacted support and they told me I had to buy a new strap - this is shocking, we have had 3 Fitbits and expect better than this.

What is the point of paying over £100 for a Fitbit only for poor quality loops like this to break. She cant wear the Fitbit outside now in case it falls off.

I have to disagree with your comment that support will be glad to help out and provide a solution, all they did with me was try to sell me a new strap! And what happens when the loop breaks on that? Buy another, then another?

Cant tell you how let down I feel

Eddie
