I have tried several times to restart my device using the instructions found on community board, and support details on website. It's fully charged. Won't sync. Won't connect to bluetooth on my cell phone. On my cell app, under account, it continues to show "looking..." (scrolling circle)
Please advise.

Hi there @taminas. Welcome to Community Forums.
I appreciate the information shared and troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Also you can unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
And check this article, Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

I now the 001 error code on my Charge 3. Last night I tried to charge the device and got multiple vibrations while trying to plug in, followed by smiley face screen. Due to very low battery I left it plugged in overnight. This morning the display showed 001 error. I have tried restart and long restart with no change. I just unpaired the device from Bluetooth, but now the device is not listed for re-pairing. This morning I don't get any vibration when connecting device to charger. What else can I try to correct this error code?
