Charge 3 stuck on exercise track mode

Hope someone can help...

Have a Charge 3 and started to track exercise and now can’t stop it... tried swiping, lightly tapping, pressing, on centre of screen, right and left and nothing stops it. Just continues to track exercise!
Have tried plugging into charger to reset but when i press and hold screen still nothing, can’t even reset it!!!!
Help, it’s driving me insane  😱

If you press sides buttons once to pause or twice to select finish

(put fingers either side of screen and squeeze lightly you will feel it vibrate)

God bless you my child! I was going nuts. Now I just need to find out how in the heck in got in the track mode in the first place. Smiley Embarassed

I pressed the left button. It vibrates, but does not change. It it stuck in exercise . Please help

hey, I’m having that problem now and it won’t unstuck despite me pressing the button- wondering if / how you solved yours ? Thanks 🙂

When you press that side button you shout have two options, finish and stop. Select stop on your screen. 

 

Oh - and when you scroll down select exercise to get back there.
