Ever since I upgraded my Fit Bit app on my phone does not syn like it use too.  I have the All day syn on but it does not syn.  I have to keep hitting the syn button and it still takes many times hitting that and hours to finally syn.  It's been since yesterday morning since it synced and I've been hitting the syn button for over an hour and it still has not completed.

 

I never had a problem before up the upgrade. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have to uninstall and turn off my phone almost daily. Then reinstall the app and the Fitbit. Ready to return it....

My charge 3 has not synced up in the past 2 days. And I have been having problems with it since I updated it. Can someone tell me what to do to fix this problem? Thank you
