It is appalling, that with all the problems people are having with their Charge 3, that Fitbit seems to be ignoring most problems, don't even acknowledge and apologise for the problems they have caused with the latest update. There is not even a general message that they are working on fixing it. Not happy!

I've been having similar problems since last Saturday. It's completely out of whack! I'll be sitting for hours at my desk yet it is recording 100s of active minutes and my heart rate is in the fat burning range! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice this week, to no avail! Fitbit needs to do better.

Here we go again! Same issues as last month, going on for 4 days now. I am apparently burning hundreds of calories and being active just for breathing! I have rebooted several times, impaired and re-paired the device, etc. to no avail. No sleep score either and ridiculously high heart rates! Fitbit needs to refund me for this device because this is a joke! I've only had this watch for 4 months!
